Pending upgrades to Kiwanis site

Attention: Club officers, district officers and Key Club and CKI advisors

The KiwanisOne club management system powered by Portalbuzz is always in a constant state of upgrades and is right now in the midst of a major overhaul to tackle features many have had on their wish list. The same is true for our public PR site,, and the KiwanisOne Member Resources site.

The biggest news is that the club management system is going to be opened up for Key Clubs and CKI clubs to use, starting with overhaul of the Membership Update Center for faculty advisors. Soon those two programs will have access to the same club management tools as Kiwanis clubs, including an easy-to-maintain public website.

Club Management System
Target: November 2013
Highlights: All-new dashboard with the most popular features front and center and a simple, clean layout, icon-driven navigation, and communications hub. At launch, the system will also add 7 new public website templates to the library of 6 different styles currently available, for a total of 13 designs to choose from.

Target: Early 2014
Highlights: Key Club and CKI will have access to all the same features and tools as provided to the Kiwanis clubs in the club management system, including a public website with 2 design templates per program, plus editing tools.

The required online reporting forms (monthly reports, annual club reports, etc.) are also getting upgraded to newer technology, but there are no major changes to the user side that clubs need to be aware of ahead of time.
